About Me
I was born and raised in New York City in 1960 and lived 3 blocks from Yankee Stadium. I attended De Witt Clinton High School which is located in the borough of the Bronx. After high school I went to work for the federal government, the Department of Defense Naval Air System Command in Virginia. After a couple of years of working and living in Virginia, I transferred within the Department of Defense to New York City to work for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. After several years of working for the federal government, I decided to transition to Corporate America and went to work for fortune 500 companies like Prudential, Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Blackstone Inc. as a Word Processor and Graphic Operator.
In 1990 I got married to my beautiful wife Tania and went on to have two beautiful girls. September 11, 2001, changed everything for me and my family. I was working at the World Financial Center with Deloitte and Touch at the time and witness the plane crashing into the World Trade Center. New York City and the country would never be the same after that day. So in June of 2007, my wife and I decided to relocate to Florida in search for a better life for us. I purchased a Exxon Gas Station in Saint Petersburg Florida. I eventually sold my business and got my real estate license and entered in the real estate industry.
I'm Not Just a Realtor
My expertise are not just limited to real estate. I'm one of the few real estate professionals that has a 215 Life, Health and Annuity license. I'm licensed with some of the largest fortune 500 insurance companies like AIG, Fidelity & Guaranty, Mutual of Omaha, Allianz and Global Atlantic just to name a few, which gives me access to various insurance products. My services to my clients just don't end with providing real estate services. I assist my clients with finding solutions to some of the most important areas of their families lives. For example, when a individual purchases a home, it's the largest acquisition and investment they will ever make in their lifetime. Life is unpredictable and protecting our family, our income and our home is essential. My expertise in insurance allows me to assist and educate my client in which are the best mortgage protection and Life Insurance products available to protect what matter's most, their family, their income and their home.
Many of my clients have children that one day will be going to college. I educate and show them the best way to save for college where their money grows without any losses, so they will have the necessary funds without incurring debt like taking out student or home equity loans. The money can be use to pay for anything they want, unlike 529 college plans that affect a student financial aid eligibility and have restrictions in how you can use the funds.
I also educate and assist my clients with their retirement. I educate them on the risk of saving for retirement within a 401k. I share my knowledge and the strategies the affluent use to save and accumulate wealth and receive the gains of the market without incurring any loses.
